Payment requirements.

1. On receipt of documents or applications we will acknowledge receipt within 18 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

2. We will email a invoice with banking details and payment options within 18 hours excluding weekends and holidays after we have received the order.

3. On the invoice there will be 3 columns showing:

3.1. Total due

3.2. Deposit Required: This deposit must reflect in our bank account before we proceed with your order. ( In most instances we do however start the process to keep delays to the minimum)

3.3. Balance due on finalisation. The courier fees will be in this column. We will confirm when the balance is payable.

3.4. Documents will not be courier ed before final payment has been received.

Payment Options

1. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) into our FNB (First National Bank) Account - details will be on our invoice.

2. PayPal - Details will be on our invoice

3. Payment to a cell phone: details will be on our invoice

4. Mony wire

5. Cash into our bank account: If you pay cash into our bank account add 10% of the invoice value for bank charges.

6. If payment is done from outside South Africa via EFT, Paypal or any other method forex fees of R 170 per payment will be applicable.

7. If payment is done by Cheque there will be a waiting period of 14 working days.

8. No cheque payments for vehicle transactions are accepted.

9. We do not accept credit card payments.

Apostille/Authentication Fees per Document:

Included in the Fee:

 • Authentication at all relevant Government Departments including Department of Education, Health Professional  Counsel etc.

 • Authentication ( Not Apostille)  at High Court.

 • Apostille/Authentication at Department International Relations and Co-operation.

 • Authentication at Embassy.


Excluded from the fee:

  • Government Department i.e. Department Education fees.

  • Embassy fees

  • Legal fees including Notary Copy Fees.


Fees for documents from the same client : Documents must be for the same person:

  • 1st document R 495

  • Every document there after R 95 per document

    • Courier Domestic R 150

  • Courier International R 645

  • Forex fees for payments from outside South Africa including Forex fees R 285 per payment.
